Role: Market Linkage Coordinator (MLC)

Candidates should be based in or willing to travel extensively within the assigned district(s).

Role Focus & Responsibilities
- Work closely with farmers, FPOs, PACS, and FPCs to improve market access
- Build market-ready aggregation at village and FPO level
- Strengthen backward and forward market linkages with traders, processors, and buyers
- Support price discovery, negotiation, and trade execution
- Coordinate harvesting, logistics, weighment, delivery, and settlements
- Ensure all transactions are digitally captured on the FarmRise One platform
- Track local mandi prices, arrivals, and demand trends
- Share regular trade pipeline and execution updates

This role is execution-oriented, not limited to training or documentation.

Experience & Profile Required

Experience: 1–3 years in:
Agri output sales
Procurement
Mandi operations
Commodity trading
FPO / cooperative engagement
Graduation preferred (Agriculture / Rural / Commerce)
Strong understanding of local markets and pricing
Comfortable with field work + digital reporting
Basic working knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, mobile apps

 Candidates with only NGO/training exposure and no market or trade experience may struggle.
