About the Role

Urban Farms Co. (UFCo) is building a Center of Excellence to scale regenerative agriculture across India. This role will allow you to work at the intersection of science, field practice, and farmer engagement. You will contribute to designing regenerative crop management systems, conducting on-farm trials, and supporting the adoption of sustainable farming methods.

• Prepare crop-specific regenerative growing plans.

• Train field staff and advise farmers on best practices.

• Lead on-ground implementation of regenerative methods.

• Plan, experiment, and monitor results at UFCo’s demo farm.

• Support and improve bio-input formulations and quality control.

• Conduct basic lab tests such as Brix, Active Carbon, and Soil Respiration.

• Collect field samples, assist in biological testing, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Master’s degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or Microbiology.

• Practical experience in working with farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture.

• Telugu-speaking preferred for field-level communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and farmers.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to scaling regenerative agriculture.
