Trade Marketing Manager Required at Pune

We are looking for a results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead retailer and distributor engagement strategies for our food/agri product portfolio in the Pune region.

Responsibilities-

Own end-to-end trade marketing execution for the assigned region (Pune and surrounding markets)

Plan and roll out seasonal/festive trade promotions in coordination with the sales team

Conduct regular market visits to assess scheme implementation and channel feedback

Manage trade scheme budgets, claims processing, and vendor coordination

Prepare periodic MIS reports on scheme performance, competitor activity, and market intelligence

Collaborate with the brand/marketing team to localize national campaigns for regional trade execution

Ensure compliance with company policies on trade spend and promotional guidelines

Education- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Rural Management (preferred); Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field also considered
