Floriculture Marketing Executive in Rise N Shine Biotech at Uttarakhand

Rise N Shine Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Plant Tissue Culture & Floriculture company looking for dynamic Agriculture graduates for Technical Marketing & Sales role.

This is a field-oriented position involving grower support, client relationship management and technical advisory in floriculture crops.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management

• Handle corporate and institutional clients
• Maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow-up for order progress and payment recovery
• Coordinate with marketing manager and internal team
• Maintain records of stock and dispatch feedback

Field & Technical Responsibilities

• Visit grower fields and project locations regularly
• Provide technical guidance in floriculture crop production
• Monitor crop condition and suggest improvements
• Assist growers in solving crop issues
• Conduct farmer meetings, seminars and demonstrations
• Observe and report trial plots in different regions

Coordination

• Work with field assistants regarding orders
• Maintain weekly / fortnightly activity plans
• Collect feedback after product dispatch

• B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture (Mandatory)
• 1–2 years experience in Floriculture / Horticulture preferred
• Good communication & relationship handling skills
• Willing to travel and work in field conditions
• Positive attitude & problem solving mindset
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Ability to conduct farmer meetings and technical guidance
