Volgo Crop Science Pvt. Ltd. is a pesticides manufacturing company focused on providing high-quality crop-protection solutions to farmers. We work extensively in the paddy and cotton belts of Haryana and East & West Uttar Pradesh.

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives (Crop Protection) to drive sales and provide technical support to farmers, retailers, dealers, and distributors in our focus regions. The role is field-oriented and involves regular village and market visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field demonstrations of pesticides and other crop-protection products.
  • Visit farmers, retailers, dealers and distributors in assigned territory.
  • Provide technical guidance on crop diseases, pest management and proper pesticide usage.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the territory.
  • Plan and execute farmer meetings, dealer meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain daily field reports and submit timely MIS/reporting to seniors.
  • Support promotional activities and field trials in coordination with the technical and marketing teams.

Location: Karnal, Haryana (with field coverage across Haryana Paddy/Cotton Belt & East/West UP)

Candidate Profile

  • B.Sc. Agriculture (mandatory); M.Sc. Agriculture preferred.
  • Specialization in Agronomy / Entomology / Plant Pathology / Soil Science will be an added advantage.
  • 5–7 years of experience in pesticides / crop-protection / agri-input sales.
  • Strong knowledge of pesticides, crop diseases and pest management practices.
  • Ability to confidently guide farmers on correct and safe usage of crop-protection products.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively in villages and market areas (paddy & cotton belts).
  • Good communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
  • Proven sales skills with experience in conducting demos, farmer meetings and sales promotion activities.
