Job Description
4th Phase Water Technologies Pvt Ltd (Jiva Water) is hiring an Enterprise Agribusiness Sales Leader to drive large-scale adoption of innovative irrigation-level water solutions across India.
- Jiva Water develops inline, non-electric, non-chemical water devices that are scientifically proven to improve agricultural outcomes such as:
- Soil fertility and soil moisture retention
- Water-use efficiency
- Nutrient availability and crop yield
- Nutritional quality of agricultural produce
These results are validated through multi-crop field trials and independent research institutions.
This is a consultative, solution-led enterprise sales role, focused on pilots-first selling and large-scale rollout across corporate-linked farmer ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Open enterprise relationships with large agribusiness corporations
- Engage CXOs, procurement leaders, sustainability & ESG stakeholders
- Initiate and design on-field pilot projects using Jiva Water technology
- Convert pilots into long-term, large-scale deployments
- Drive measurable outcomes such as yield improvement and water savings
- Scale adoption across contract farming, cooperatives, and exporter networks
- Own enterprise accounts end-to-end, from pilot to rollout
Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 7–8 years of enterprise / B2B sales experience
- Strong background in agribusiness, irrigation, agri-inputs, farm tech, or sustainability solutions
- Proven track record of selling pilot projects and scaling them enterprise-wide
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and senior stakeholders
- Strong consultative and solution-selling mindset
- Comfortable working with data, field outcomes, and ROI-based selling
- High ownership, resilience, and execution focus
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with FMCG, food companies, sugar mills, agri exporters, or cooperatives
- Exposure to sustainability, ESG, or water conservation initiatives
- Willingness to travel for enterprise engagements and field pilots
