Territory Sales Manager Agriculture Sector in Rupifi
Job Description
Rupifi is a leading B2B payments, credit, and supply chain finance platform, rapidly growing in the agri-inputs and agri-machinery segment. With strong partnerships across leading agri brands and marketplaces including Nurture Farm (UPL), Syngenta, Agrostar, Agrim, Dehaat, Katyayani, and others, Rupifi is transforming credit accessibility and ease of transactions for agri retailers across India.
Responsibilities:

Strategize and drive onboarding of new agri-retailers, wholesalers, and distributors at scale.

Ensure achievement of territory-level monthly and quarterly targets related to onboarding, activation, and credit usage.

Drive adoption of Rupifi’s agri-financing products across the state through strategic partnerships and field execution.

Build and strengthen relationships with agri-input brands, channel partners, and ecosystem enablers to grow market presence.

Plan, recruit, train, and manage performance of field teams to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in agri-input sales.

Deep understanding of rural agri-retail ecosystems, distributor networks, and dealer behavior.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling business operations in the agri-inputs domain.

Willingness to travel extensively across the region and lead from the ground.

Familiarity with digital tools and fintech-led models is an advantage.
