Job Role: Seed Marketing Executive

Responsibilities-

Promote hybrid, vegetable, field crop, and specialty seeds to farmers, dealers, and distributors.

Plan and execute field demonstrations, crop trials, farmer meetings, and product awareness programs.

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key agricultural stakeholders.

Organize dealer meetings, exhibitions, and agricultural events.

Education-

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture), Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field.

MBA in Agribusiness or Marketing is an added advantage.

Skills:

Knowledge of hybrid seeds, crop production, and agronomy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales and negotiation abilities.
