Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dairy Plant Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end milk processing and production operations at our Hyderabad facility.

Responsibilities-
Ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations across all dairy product lines
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recovery rate, wastage, and production cost per liter
Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to align production with market demand and dispatch schedules
Handle audits (internal, FSSAI, customer, and third-party) and drive corrective action plans
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and productivity monitoring on the shop floor
Prepare and present production and quality performance reports to senior management
Candidate Profile
Education:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, or Food Technology (preferred); Bachelor's/Master's in Dairy Science from a recognized institute will be an added advantage
Skills:
Dairy processing and plant operations management
Food safety and quality compliance (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000)
Production planning and capacity management
Team leadership and shop-floor management
Knowledge of dairy equipment and cold chain logistics
