Job Description

• Execute a district wise activation calendar with farmer meetings, demo plots and retailer trainings.

• Explain product benefits, application timing, compatibility and safety; promote integrated nutrient and pest management.

• Ensure stock availability, merchandising and scheme execution at counters.

• Track competitor schemes and pricing; recommend actions based on farmer feedback.

• Maintain strong CRM discipline for visit plans, lead funnel, sampling, conversions and collections.

Coordinate supply chain for timely deliveries and ageing control.

• BSc Agriculture; 1–3 years in agri marketing or channel sales with farmer interaction.

• Proven ability to conduct farmer meetings, manage demo results and convert to sales.

• Basic Excel or Sheets; CRM preferred.

• Two-wheeler with DL; 60–70 percent field travel; 6-day week.

• Languages: Hindi and English; confident communicator with retailer and farmer stakeholders.
