Agri Marketing Jobs Hyderabad ASPL Hiring Agriculture Marketing Executive

ASPL requires a farmer-facing agriculture marketer for Hyderabad. You will meet farmers, explain our fertilisers, micronutrients, bio-stimulants and crop protection, and drive sales through retailers, dealers and FPOs across key mandals.

Job Description

• Map major crops and seasons in your territory and plan farmer meetings, demo plots and field days accordingly.

• Educate farmers on dose, method of application, irrigation compatibility and tank mix; promote safe and balanced use.

• Build retailer confidence with product training, scheme clarity and POS visibility.

• Track and report competition activity and price movement; propose local actions.

• Maintain coverage, enquiries, trials, conversions and collections in CRM.

Work with supply team for replenishment, ageing control and timely dispatches.

• BSc Agriculture; 1–3 years in agri input sales or agri marketing with strong farmer connect.

• Comfort with public speaking to farmer groups, demo execution and follow-ups.

• Excel or Sheets skills; CRM familiarity preferred.

• Two-wheeler with DL; high field mobility; 6-day work week.

• Languages: Telugu and English or Hindi; clear, respectful communication.
