ASPL is strengthening its presence across Pune and nearby tehsils. We seek a field-oriented Agriculture Marketing Executive who will meet farmers daily, explain our fertilisers, crop nutrition products, crop protection, bio-stimulants and seeds, conduct demo plots and farmer meetings, and grow sales through retailers and dealers.

Job Description

• Plan and conduct village visits, mandi visits and farm walks to educate farmers on product usage, dose, timing and safety for key crops in Maharashtra.

• Run farmer meetings, field demonstrations and plot trials; capture results with photos, testimonials and simple ROI stories.

• Explain fertiliser recommendations, micronutrients, water-soluble fertilisers, PGRs and crop protection as per crop stage and soil type; promote balanced nutrition.

• Build and service retailer and dealer relationships; ensure availability, POS visibility and compliant schemes.

• Coordinate with warehouse for stock hygiene and timely replenishment; support documentation and on-time collections.

• Maintain disciplined CRM reporting for visits, coverage, enquiries, trials, conversions and competition tracking.

• Share weekly market intelligence on prices, movement, competing brands and farmer feedback; suggest counter-measures.

• BSc Agriculture is mandatory; 1–3 years in agri input sales or agri marketing.

• Strong confidence to meet farmers, explain fertilisers and agri products in simple language, and convert trials to repeat demand.

• Hands-on with demo plots, farmer meetings, retailer activation and FPO engagement.

• Basic Excel or Google Sheets; CRM familiarity preferred.

• Two-wheeler with valid DL; comfortable with 60–70 percent field travel; 6-day work week.

• Languages: Marathi and Hindi or English; clear, farmer-friendly communication.
