FPO ScaleX Fellow at Sattva Consulting Across Multiple States in India

Sattva Consulting is hiring 20 FPO ScaleX Fellows to support Farmer Producer Organizations across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh.
The Fellow will work directly from the assigned FPO office and drive growth, operational efficiency, digital adoption, and strong market linkages.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support

• Co-develop business expansion and diversification plans.

• Identify new markets and support new revenue/geographic opportunities.

2. Operational Strengthening

• Institutionalise procurement, aggregation, sales tracking & inventory systems.

• Streamline financial, logistics, and vendor management processes.

3. Capacity Building

• Conduct leadership & staff training on governance, finance & digital tools.

• Support in managing buyer accounts and partnerships.

4. Market Linkages

• Facilitate connections with buyers and suppliers.

• Support negotiations and deal closures to strengthen FPO revenue.

5. Governance Strengthening

• Establish annual calendars for Board & General Body meetings.

• Strengthen policies, compliance and member engagement systems.

6. Digital Transformation

• Onboard digital platforms for daily operations.

• Train FPO staff and leadership in digital usage.

7. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track business performance through live dashboards.

• Submit regular updates and lead review meetings with FPO leadership.

Ideal candidates should have experience in rural development, agri-business, market linkages, or supporting FPOs. Strong communication, facilitation, and digital skills are essential to drive large-scale impact.
