We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Agronomist to be part of our innovative hydroponic farming initiative — focusing on protected soilless cultivation of leafy and fruity crops.

Position Details

•  Role:Agronomist
•  Location:Nava Van Farms, 2VR3+RPJ, Bhujbal Knowledge City, Adgaon, Nashik
•  Salary:Based on experience + Performance Bonus (up to 100% of salary, paid quarterly)
•  Experience: Prior experience in protected soilless cultivation preferred, or Strong interest in hydroponic systems with willingness to learn and adapt(Expert guidance and hands-on training will be provided.)

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Manage crop nutrition programs and monitor plant health.
• Oversee growth cycles and ensure optimal environmental conditions.
• Implement preventive disease management and integrated pest strategies.
• Plan and manage crop cycles— from plantation to harvest — ensuring systematic operations on-site.

 Ideal Candidate

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields.
• Passionate about sustainable farming and modern cultivation methods.
•  Observant, proactive, and willing to take ownership on the farm.
