Urban Farms Co. is hiring a Senior Executive – Agronomist (Network Farmer Operations) to work closely with network farmers and manage field-level operations aligned with expansion plans.

The role focuses on:

1. Quality improvement of produce
2. Yield enhancement strategies
3. Disease prevention & crop advisory
4. Supporting contract farming operations
5. Coordinating directly with farmers at ground level
6. Ensuring implementation of regenerative and pesticide-free practices
7. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel within assigned regions.

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture Science
• 1–3 years of experience in Contract Farming / Field Operations
• Knowledge of organic / regenerative / pesticide-free farming (preferred)
• Good communication skills in local language & English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Two-wheeler mandatory for field visits
