Job Title: Senior Agronomist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agronomist to lead crop production and agronomy programs, support product development, conduct field trials, and provide technical guidance to growers.

Responsibilities-

Lead farmer training programs, field days, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Develop and implement agronomic strategies for different crops and regions.

Collaborate with R&D, product development, sales, and marketing teams.

Conduct field trials, demonstrations, and product performance evaluations.

Monitor crop health, soil fertility, irrigation, pest, and disease management programs.

Analyze field and laboratory data to improve crop yields and profitability.

Prepare technical reports, crop guides, training materials, and presentations.

Provide technical advisory services to farmers, dealers, and internal teams.

Develop nutrient management, soil health, and sustainable farming plans.

Education-

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, Horticulture, or a related field.

Master's degree (M.Sc. Agronomy/Soil Science) preferred.

Skills: 

Strong knowledge of crop production and plant nutrition.

Expertise in soil science and fertility management.

Understanding of integrated pest and disease management (IPM).

Experience in field trials and agronomic data analysis.

Experience:

Typically 3–5+ years of experience in agronomy, crop management, field research, or agricultural advisory services.
