Experience: 10 to 12 Years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to
lead our sales operations in the fertilizer and micronutrients segment. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in agricultural input sales, with proven leadership capabilities
and an established dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers across assigned territories.
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed business targets.
Develop and strengthen the dealer and distribution network.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account receivables.
Prepare and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and customer
service.
Conduct regular field visits to support and mentor the sales team.
Required Experience & Skills:
10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales, specifically in fertilizers and
micronutrients.
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing large dealer networks.
Strong knowledge of the agriculture input market, particularly in Tamil Nadu.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
