Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (mandatory)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to
lead our sales operations in the fertilizer and micronutrients segment. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in agricultural input sales, with proven leadership capabilities
and an established dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers across assigned territories.
 Drive sales performance to meet and exceed business targets.
 Develop and strengthen the dealer and distribution network.
 Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account receivables.
 Prepare and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and customer
service.
 Conduct regular field visits to support and mentor the sales team.

Required Experience & Skills:
 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales, specifically in fertilizers and
micronutrients.
 Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing large dealer networks.
 Strong knowledge of the agriculture input market, particularly in Tamil Nadu.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
 Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
