Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell agriculture input products to dealers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities in markets.
- Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and training sessions to educate farmer on product benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Dealer & Distributor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers.
- Ensure proper stock availability and merchandising at dealer points.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
3. Farmer Engagement & Support:
- Provide technical guidance to farmers on product usage, crop nutrition, and pest management.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and participate in agricultural fairs, field days, and promotional campaigns.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather market feedback on product performance, pricing, and demand.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including market visits and sales achievements.
- Assist in forecasting demand and inventory planning.
5. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations related to agrochemical sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer data, and expenses.
